- You are free to cancel your order before we send you an order confirmation email with an estimated delivery date, and get a full refund
- Once the order is confirmed and an estimated delivery date is issued via email, Orders cannot be cancelled.
- Incorrectly ordered doods can be returned within 14 days of delivery at our discretion. The customer is responsible for ensuring the goods are returned back to the address provided, in good condition where they will be inspected prior to processing any refunds. Restocking fee may be applied
