Pre- Slit PVC coated insulation offers outstanding protection against freezing, for external boiler condensate pipework. With a tough PVC coating, it protects outdoor pipes from freezing and from the wear and tear caused by harsh environmental consitions like UV rays and weather. It is UV stable.

Though they are ideal for use as insulation on external boiler condensate pipework, they can also be used to insulate air source heat pumps or biomass flow and return pipework. 

This weatherproof pipe insulation is 19mm in thickness and supplied in 2M lengths. The best part about this range of pipe insulation is that it pre-slit. That means it can be used to insulate condensates and externally located pipework that are already installed.

Moreover, they offer a quick and secure ‘tape free’ installation, with its peel and seal join and its self-adhesive wrap over flap pipe insulation. To install the condensate pipe insulation all you have to do is wrap it around the condensate pipe you need to insulate, remove the backing and bind the ends together. 

Weatherprrof pipe insualtion is fully compliant with the Boiler Installation Standards BS6798:2014 and meets MIS3005 requirements.
