- You can cancel the order anytime before we confirm your order via email and get a full refund.
- Cancellation after order confirmations are sent may attract a restocking fee.
- If Multifil Insulation is no longer required/ordered in excess, we can collect the same from you. A restocking fee may apply. You are requested to inform us by the same via email or call within 21 days from the date of receipt.
- Returns are only accepted if the returned goods are in the original packaging and resalable condition.
